Trellis 01

Description:

Trellis 1 occurs most often in patches on the vessel, rather than in a band format.  It is characterized by the crossed lines that form one or more levels of diamond- or square-shaped lattice. A small X is painted at the intersection of each line. Most often seen on overglaze Chinese porcelain.
